The Events Agency know the importance of great communication and building a positive experience with every event.

First established in 2016 on the Gold Coast, Australia, we continue to provide event support to high-profile and major clients as well as private and local companies. Our experienced team specialises in major events, street festivals, community celebrations, government occasions, sporting and brand activations.

Shane Porter.


Shane brings his years of experience in the events space to deliver new and exciting celebrations and activations across Australia that ensure full exposure and greater engagement.

Originally from Northern Ireland, Shane first started managing sporting celebrations in the UK in the 90s, leading further into major festivals across Europe. With a move to Australia for family and work, Shane continues to help create some of the biggest events in the country as well as local celebrations and brand activations.

Emma Porter.

Events Manager

Emma loves creating events and managing a huge variety of clients across Austrailia. With a background in event sales and marketing, she understands the need for great communication and creating positive patron experiences.

Born in Singapore, and with experience across Japan, England, Greece, and Instanbul, Emma enjoys a focus on both community and charity celebrations with further event consultancy work across the country.
